What's in a Man

It was a nice day just chilling around

To my utter dismay or gayness
The aura and ambience did change
The sun was shining with resplendence
That signified a change from the usual chill
Or is it cold that had been manifested
Previously prior to this change
Yes a change from the usual to the unusual
What is wrong with our men in reality
Society has given them the undue ego
Men are macho and that is their nature
Some have highly deviated into the uneven
Some are virtuous and full of integrity
They conduct themselves with adorable demeanor
But some are a letdown to humanity

Bachelors are the worst lot in this case
It is said the way to a man’s heart is a lass
The devil used Eve and Adam fell to temptations
As opposed to women who need convincing
Men are mostly driven by visual appearances
Easily swayed by nature’s opposite sex
The gay lads are however a queer lot
The married men are not forgiven either
Matters below the belt has led many to succumb
Attested by King David and Solomon in the bible
When the female folk decides to seduce
Not even a King can resist the temptation
It takes an extra-ordinary being to resist
You have heard that men are excited by what they see
They are appalled by robust and inane things
But the level differs from one individual to the other
A man’s ego depends solely on what he prides in
The tendency to feel powerful among peers
Ride top of the range contraption in town
Wielding the latest gizmos that ooze affluence
A broke dude only wishes he had the means
To buy that which he sees his peers affording
But what is a man without any ambition
A man having no objective in his life
The temptations are usually too many
Resisting one and another will entice
But the tenets of manliness is being visionary
Which not even money of high magnitude procures
It means standing out to be counted among others
Having made an impact then that’s achievement
